We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and wish that you feel secure when visiting our internet pages. We process personal data that are gathered when visiting our website in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular those of the GDPR.

What is it about?

This data privacy statement complies with the legal requirements for the transparency of the processing of personal data. This is all information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, information such as your name, your age, your address, your telephone number, your date of birth, your e-mail address, your IP address: or the user behaviour when visiting a website. Information through which we are unable to establish a relationship to your person (or only with unreasonable effort), for example, due to anonymization, is not held to be personal data. Who receives my data?

We only forward your personal data which we process on our website to third parties if it is required for the satisfaction of the given purposes and where, in individual cases, it falls within legal principles (e.g. for the consent or safeguarding of justified interests). In addition, we forward personal data to third parties in individual cases if it is used for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Possible recipients may then be such as law enforcement authorities, lawyers or auditors, courts etc.

Where we employ service providers for the operation of our website who process personal data as part of a processing contract on our behalf in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, they may be recipients of your personal data. Do you use cookies?

restriction of the processing in accordance with Art. 18 of the GDPR where the correctness of the data is contested, the processing is unlawful, we no longer require the data and you refuse their deletion because you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or because you have raised an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 of the GDPR.

Data portability in accordance with Art. 20 of the GDPR where you have provided us with personal data as part of a consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of the GDPR or based on a contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the GDPR and they have been processed by us with the aid of automated procedures. You will receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or we will transmit the data to another responsible person, where technically feasible.

Objection in accordance with Art. 21 of the GDPR against the processing of your personal data where it takes place based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e, f of the GDPR and reasons are present which derive from your particular situation or where the objection is directed against direct advertising. How are my data specifically processed?

We inform you below about the individual processing steps, the extent and purpose of the data processing , the legal principles, the obligation for the provision of your data and the duration of storage in each case. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place for individual cases

 

Preparation of the website

When our website is called up and used, we collect that personal data which your browser automatically transmits to our server. The following information is temporarily stored in a so-called logfile:

The process takes place for the purposes of our legitimate interests for the display of our website and for the guaranteeing of security and stability on the basis of Art. 6 para. lit. f of the GDPR. The collection of the data and their storage in logfiles is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. A right to object to the processing on the basis of the exception given in Art. 21 para. 1 of the GDPR shall not exist. Where the continued storage of the logfiles is legally prescribed, the processing shall take place based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c of the GDPR. No statutory or contractual obligation exists for the provision of the data, however, the calling up of our website without the provision of the data is technically not possible. Legal basis for the processing

Integration of third-party services and content

Our offering includes, among other things, content, services and provisions of other suppliers. Examples are maps that are provided by Google Maps and graphic elements and images of other websites. The transmission of the IP address is mandatory in order for these data to be called up and displayed in the user’s browser. The providers (hereafter referred to as the “third-party providers”) therefore recognise the IP address of each of the users.

Even though we make efforts to solely use third-party providers which only require the IP address to supply content, we have no influence whether the IP address is possibly stored. In such a case, this procedure is only used for such as statistical purposes. Where we are aware that the IP address is stored, we indicate our users of this.

 

Contact Form

On our website we offer you the possibility to contact us using a pre-formatted form. The information that is collected via compulsory fields is necessary to be able process the enquiry. In addition, you can voluntarily provide further information which is necessary, in your opinion, for the processing of the contact enquiry.

No forwarding of your personal data to third parties takes place through the use of the contact form. The processing of your data through the use of our contact form takes place for the purpose of the communication and processing of your enquiry on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of the GDPR.
